Community Profile

Music Mirror is a community for music sharing and review. It's purpose is to bring new music into the lives of others, as well as gain it for yourself! To make a post simply share a song via link or embedded youtube video and talk about why you like it. Any kind of music is acceptable.

Some things to think about are:

♫ Information. Who preforms the song? Is it a cover or original?
♫ What kind of song is it? Does it fall into a category?
♫ What mood does the song put you in if any?
♫ What are the lyrics? Do you have any favourite lines?
♫ Are the musicians extraordinary? Is there amazing drum, vocal, guitar, bass etc. to point out?
♫ Is there a story behind the song? What is it about?
♫ Where did you first hear the song? Radio? Friend? Movie?
♫ Is there a music video or a video you associate the song with? Does that add anything important to the song?

There are a few rules for posting as well, these are as follows. Please give them a quick read before posting!

♫ Post WARNINGS in your post if the song contains explicit lyrics or triggering content.
♫ Post long entries under a cut. If you are unsure how to do this, feel free to ask!
♫ DO NOT CRITICISE OTHER PEOPLES MUSIC CHOICES. If you don't like something that someone else has posted, feel free to ask them what they see in it, but do post anything rude or hurtful. This place is for sharing. If the song is not for you, treat it as just that and move on.
